All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship via UPS or FEDEX.
Skyler's Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we understand that accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at skylersart@skylers-art.org with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will do our best to assist you or file a claim with the carrier.
We want you to love your art. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
We accept returns on Prints within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging like the protective sleeve or tube.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at skylersart@skylers-art.org.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
